Sammi looked away and didn’t speak for awhile. She seemed to be contemplating whether or not she should accept the truth. Even though she knew he wasn’t lying, she just didn’t like the truth one bit. She didn’t like not knowing about his past, about him being gay. It seemed ironic to her that they were talking about him getting raped in the butt earlier. He’d probably like that. She thought to herself bluntly.
She released her hands from the fists they were and rubbed her forehead. Immediately, blood rushed to her hands making them more like a natural pink colour. She brushed the tears from her face and stood back. One question was digging at the back of her brain and she finally looked back at him. Her voice was emotionless and monotone when she spoke again, “Do you still love him?” She only asked him this because he had been dancing around it throughout his whole speech. The words, “never really got over him” and “tried to move on” kept repeating themselves in her mind and she was getting curious. She wasn’t going to contradict him not loving her; after all, he did come after her. She just kept herself from saying “I love you,” back. She did love him, but she was just insecure at the moment. Her lips were in a tight thin line as she stared at him, awaiting an answer. Damn it, I should have become a nun before it was too late. Stupid, stupid, stupid.

Leo sighed with relief when she didn’t sock him again but then when he processed what she asked he closed his eyes and ran one hand through his hair. He thought about her question in his head, did he still love him? No, not anymore he didn’t. Before he got with Sammi defiantly, after they got together not so much but he still did he just suppressed it thinking that it would eventually die out and it was close to being snuffed out until the git showed up without warning. For a moment he had thought he had fallen for Damian all over again but then when he saw Sammi lying on the ground and not knowing why she was laying on the ground he realized he couldn’t bear to lose her. Yet when the glass smashed into Damian it only took him a second to go after Sammi instead even though Damian was injured. Leo shook his head a little “I loved him after he left me and once I met you I tried to forget about him but in the back of my mind I was still in love with him. I thought if I ignored it long enough it’d go away and it almost worked until that cheeky git decided to come back out of no where, and then you saw what happened. But now I don’t love him, I made my choice when I ran out here after you in a pair of leather pants that should of never seen the light of day, er night.” He smiled just a little hoping that his little joke would make her laugh or at least smile.

Even after his explanation, Sammi was still a bit doubtful. Partly because there was some hesitation before he answered her. But a part of her understood how hard his decision was because, well… She, herself had feelings for Jon still. She bit her lower lip at that thought, wondering if it’d be right to tell Leo. No. He’d probably go psycho. He knows about my past with Jon and I think that’s all he needs to know. It was sort of hard to fall out of love with someone who you loved so much in the past. But the love she has for Jon wasn’t anything like the one she has for Leo. It’s more like an old flame.
She sighed and stuffed her hands into the pockets of her skirt, “You should have told me before.” She cracked a small smile at his last joke and shook her head. “You know you look hot in those pants… I wouldn’t be surprised if you went out wearing those things.” She looked down at the ground and scuffed her feet against the pavement, “I’m sorry… I should have listened to you first and if I didn’t I like the answer, then I should have hit you.” She looked back up at his face to see the damage she did. “But it’s not every day that you see your boyfriend opening his mouth to kiss some other guy.” She smirked, taking one hand out of her pocket to touch the side of his face wear she punched. Now, that was a bit too easy. She forgave him a bit too quickly. Usually it would take probably another 10 minutes for her to forgive him, but under her own guilt about Jon she let it slip a little faster.

He nodded at her first words. “I know I should have, but I never thought he was going to come back, snookums.” He smiled chuckling a bit at her words. “Nope, never. Then I’d have to beat women off with a stick since you know everyone loves a British boy in leather.” He laughed so relieved that she had seemed to forgive him. A hand reached up and he ran his fingers through his hair wondering if they should even bother going back into Lacy’s to get his stuff. While he was thinking he heard her speak again. He shook his head a bit “Nah, I don’t blame you for socking me. You did warn me earlier.” He chuckled a bit but flinched slightly as she touched his cheek, it was still hurting and he knew it would be sore for a long while. In the back of his head he wondered why she was forgiving him so soon but he dismissed that thought, as long as he was forgiven he didn’t really care what the reason was behind it.

“Blah… Good point.” She examined the bruise that was already forming on his cheek and grinned. She threw a good punch. Good thing she wasn’t wearing a ring... She smirked, thinking about what just happened. “Correction, you’d have to beat women AND men off of you.” She lowered her hand from his cheek to hold his hand in hers. She opened her mouth to speak, and hesitated. She inhaled deeply and frowned before speaking, “Maybe we should go back to the club… So you can straighten things out with Damian…?” She really disliked the idea of him speaking to Damian, but it was better to get things settled now then later. She had a bad feeling about the guy, but just pushed it to the back of her mind. She settled things with him already for kissing her boyfriend. She just hoped that the glass she threw at him hurt. A lot.

Leo hearing her last question nodded a bit. "Yeah, I probably should..C'mon" Reaching out he took her hand and started walking into the club. Once he got in he walked over to the bar and let go of Sammi's hand so that he could walik around the bar to Damian. Damian had taken his shirt off to get all the glass out and now his shoulder was wrapped in a clean dish towel. "Damian, I have a girlfriend you're not going to get me back. I love Sammi, the way I used to love you. But it's over now, you ended it eight months ago." Damian seemed to be getting more pissed off as Leo talked but instead of glaring at Leo he glared at Sammi. "Stupid bitch" He growled and at the same time shoved Leo away hard enough that the other boy fell on his arse. "What can you possibly give him that I can't give so much better? You fucking whore" He spat the words out vehmently comepltly ignoring Leo who was glaring daggers at him from the ground. "Fucking git, just because you're still in love with me doesn't mean you need to call Sammi a whore. I don't let nayone call her that, not even you" GRinning manically, for he had to be half crazy to go against Damian who was stronger than he was, he threw himself at the older boy and since he had the advantage of surprise knocked him over. THen the two started grappling on the ground.

Sammi was standing a few meters from Leo and Damian and glared at Damian when he pushed over Leo. Hey, she was ready to pick a fight with him any time, any day. She stepped forward, closer to Damian but not too close… Just in case. “Stupid bitch? Whore?” She raised an eyebrow and crossed her arms. “What? Did I steal your boyfriend? Wait. Ex-boyfriend?” She was actually quite short compared to Damian. She was looked up at him as she spoke calmly but harshly in his face. Well, chest. “Wait, no. I DIDN’T steal your ex-boyfriend. So, I don’t know why you’re calling me names when you’re no better.” She was still quite fired up still, and she wouldn’t mind socking him in the face at the moment. The only thing that held her back was her size. She wasn’t sure if he would hit her or not, and wasn’t about to take that chance.
What surprised her was when Leo came out of nowhere and tackled Damian. She covered her mouth, quite scared at what might happen when a pair of bouncers pushed past her to separate the two.

By the time the bouncers had gotten there both of them had gotten in some pretty good blows at eachother. Leo could tell he would have serious bruises over his chest and stomach within the next few days and that his ribs would be sore for a long while. Though the worst injury he had was where Damian had smashed a shot glass, they were stored under the bar, against teh left side of his face. Leo had the sense to close his eyes but he still got cut pretty badly and he was afraid to open his left eye in case glasses was in his eyelid and would cut his eye or something. He could feel the blood trickling down his face and also the shard of glass that were stuck in his skin. Damian didn't fare too much better. His shoulder was bleeding again and so was his lip and nose. The next time he looked in the mirror there would be bruises along his collar and the sides of his body. The older male had also twisted his ankle when Leo jumped him. One of the bouncers, Big Mike, picked up Leo from under his arms and walked him around the bar depositing him next to Sammi. "Now take your girl and get outta here Leo, we don't want no mor' fights tanight." Leo just grunted and still in pain and half blind he groped for Sammi's hand and when he finally found it he took it and started walking out of Lacy's. He would come back and get his stuff later, when he wasn't bleeding from six places.

Sammi gasped at finally seeing the outcome of the fight and let go of Leo’s hand when he took it. Instead, she placed an arm around his waist so she could help him walk better; plus it’d be easier to guide him. She glanced back at Damian and winced, seeing all the blood. She didn’t say a word to him, but just simply glared at him. When they were finally out of Lacy’s she looked at Leo’s face. “I think we should go to the hospital…” She was experienced in fixing cuts and such since she was a lifeguard, but she wasn’t too sure if she should do it if he had glass all over his face. She was afraid she would make it worse and really didn’t want to. “A doctor should look at you, just in case you broke something.” She stopped walking to pick off some of the glass from his hair, face, and shoulders. She looked around in her purse and found her hair scarf and began dabbing some of the blood that was dripping towards his eyes away. “Jesus… He beat the hell out of you…” She murmured under her breath, but it was audible enough for Leo to hear. “I swear, Leo… You better never, ever, ever do that again.” She was serious, even though it was nice to see Damian’s face mashed in, she didn’t want Leo to be hurt like this again.

Leo was grateful when she put her arm around his waist to guide him since he wasn't all too sure he'd be able to get out by himself. When they stopped he shook hsi head just barely as she metioned the hospital. "No, I've had worse" Which wasn't exactly a lie, he'd gotten hurt worse but not by much "All I need is some tweezers and a mirror so I can get this bloody glass out of my face. " He winced a bit when she felt her fingers doing just that, though he knew it was better that she got some of it out. Hearing her words he would of rolled his eyes. "Oh no, he didn't even lay a hand on me." His voice was dripping with sarcasm and he knew he should of tried to be more civil towards Sammi but he was in a lot of pain and being told he got the crap beat out of him din't make him feel all that much better. "So you want me to let him call you a whore?" He looked down at her wishing that Damian had never came back.

Sammi sighed, worried about Leo but if he said he didn’t need to go to the hospital she wouldn’t force him. “If you say so… We’ll go back to my house. I have a first aid kit there from work.” She began walking slowly again with her arm around his waist again. It was only a 5 minute walk to her house, but now it’d probably be a 10 minute walk in the condition Leo was in. When she heard his sarcastic tone, Sammi didn’t look at him but raised an eyebrow, keeping an eye on where they walked just in case there was some sort of hole in the pavement that Leo might trip and fall over. “Let him call me whore, I don’t give a damn.” She tried to say it calmly since she didn’t want Leo to get into a fight over her. “It’s not my fault he’s a freaking ‘tard with no manners whatsoever.” She guided him around a pothole in the pavement before continuing, “Okay, maybe I do give a damn… Cause if he says that to my face again, I’ll make sure he can’t make babies anymore.”

Leo grunted in affirment when Sammi said they would go to her house and he walked with her both his eyes closing feeling an exhaustion sweeping over him. He stumbled a bit when they moved around the pothole and just nodded absently at her words not really processing them. After a couple more minutes of walking Leo just couldn't keep his body going and he fainted become dead weight against her. So maybe he was a little more hurt than he thought, later on he would think back and wonder if he had gotten a concussion but for now the only thing he did was sag against Sammi, the blood still flowing freely from his wounds since the blood hadn't clotted yet and the glass was still in his face which didn't help. Since he was in so much pain already he hadn't noticed that a shard of glass had gone right through his cheek and was now cutting his tongue and gums open on one side, and stopping him form closing his mouth completly.

When the weight of Leo’s body collapsed into her arm around his waist, she staggered back a bit, trying not to let him hit the ground and injure himself even more. That and she was trying not to get squished by his much bigger body. She laid him down carefully and quickly across the pavement, and knelt beside him. “Oh crap… Shit, shit, shit….” She looked down at him in slight panic, but realized that she shouldn’t just kneel beside him hoping that he would magically be patched up. So, she slid her cell phone out of her purse and dialled 911 with shaky hands. The operator guided her through several things to make sure he was okay until the paramedics came. At last, the faint sound of sirens began to get louder and louder as it approached. She relaxed a bit knowing that help was nearby and held his hand as she watched for the ambulance. As soon as the ambulance came the paramedics gently pushed her away so they could put him into the ambulance.
Once at the hospital, Leo was taken into one of the cubicles to get patched up by a doctor. Through that time, Sammi was asked several questions on how he got into that condition, etc… She sat outside the cubicle on one of those cold, hard plastic chairs as she waited for the doctor to finish examining Leo. Finally, the doctor came out and allowed Sammi to go in to visit Leo. She sat down in another hard plastic hospital chair beside Leo’s bed and waited for him to wake up. She held his hand and leaned back into the chair while rubbing her forehead. The doctor said that he’d be just fine and that he just lost a fair amount of blood. He’d be a bit woozy and in pain from the stitches and bruises but nothing was serious. The tight knot that she had in her chest slowly loosened and finally tears came down her cheeks. It was funny how she hadn’t begun crying until now; when she knew he was okay. She let out a long, shuddering sigh and looked back down at Leo’s quite busted up face.

Leo laid there motionless for another ten minutes or so he didn't move but then he groaned and his body shifted slightly. Slowly he bliniked his eyes opened and glanced over at Sammi. "Ugh, where the bloody hell am I? What happened?" He stared at Sammi and then slowly realized he was in a hospital and that's why there was stiches in his cheek. That's going to leave an interesting scar... He thought to himself as he sat there. His hand squeezed Sammi's gently then closed his eyes the light being bright.

Sammi was resting her eyes for a bit since she wasn’t sure when Leo would wake up. When he did shift and speak, she jumped. Startled by his sudden movement she opened her eyes and looked down at him. She smiled happily since he was awake, “Hi snookums.” She stroked his hand with her thumb, using her nickname for him. “Yeah, if you couldn’t tell you’re in a hospital.” She shook her head, “You weren’t exactly ok like you claimed. You freaking collapsed on me on the sidewalk. Thank god I didn’t get smushed.” She grinned, lightening the mood. “Supposedly you lost a crap load of blood.”

Leo smiled weakly when she called him snookums. ”And here I thought I was pookie..” He chuckled slightly calming down once he figured out where he was and how he got there. “Ugh, I hate losing blood. It’s a pain when you have to get transfusions…I’ve had six before” Since he was still a little groggy it was hard for him to stay on the same subject and what time period of his life he was in. Closing his eyes he sighed and started to wish that they would have given him one of those buttons you press to get morphine. In a moment he had fallen back asleep, his eyes flicking back and forth under his eyelids. “No...Damian, don’t go…but…” Leo’s already soft words trailed off and he muttered something incoherent. Another reason he didn’t like the hospital, the meds they put him on always screwed with his mind.

Sammi stroked the side of his face with her thumbs, “Pookie or snookums, whatever. Same thing. Sort of.” She grinned and her face turned sympathetic when he talked about blood transfusions. Her eyes widened at the number of times he had transfusions, “Holy crap. You have like… 6 different people’s blood in you. Well, 7 now.” She shook her head in disbelief. It was actually pretty cool in her mind.
When Leo fell back to sleep, she leaned back into her chair and sighed. She still held onto his hand but when she heard the mention of Damian in his sleep, she tensed and her grip tightened on his hand. She let out a groan of exasperation. It was going to be a long night. After an hour or so, she dozed off with her body hunched over the bed and her head resting on Leo’s lower torso.

Time Skip to a week later in the Morning
Leo flinched feeling the light hit his face and yawning he blinekd his eyes open slowly glancing down at Sammi. Feeling his hand still with hers he squeezed it gently then sat up a little in be feeling a lot better after a full weeks rest. Lookign down at Sammi he smiled again, she had come to visit him almost everyday that week. Reaching up he rubbed his cheek lightly where he still had stitches from the glass that cut him up. He shuddered thinking about it and wanting to get his mind on something else looked down at Sammi. He tucked a strand of hair behind her ear and then carefully got out of the bed going over to the little cloet that had his clothes in it and glancing to see if teh door was shut he took off the hopsital gown leaving him stark naked in front of his closet. Tossing the gown inside he grabbed a pair of his boxers from a bag of his stuff.

Sammi had felt someone brush her hair off her face, and she shifted a bit, thinking that it was all in her dream or something. But a number of things had waken her up. The warmth in her hand was gone and the creak in the bed had told her that Leo was out of bed. Her eyes fluttered open, only to face the bright sunlight from the window. She squinted as her eyes adjusted to the light. When they finally adjusted, she sat up yawning and looked around the room for her boyfriend. He wasn't too hard to miss. Especially when he was butt naked. She grinned and leaned back into her chair, "Stripping down for me already? You've been in the hospital for... What? 7 days? And you're already eager to give me a full view of your nice butt."
After a few moments of stretching and taking in her view, she stood up and walked over to him. She hugged him from behind, wrapping her arms around his bare waist and resting her cheek against his back.

Leo hearing Sammi's words smirked and glanced over his shoulder at her. "Of course, love. I thought it would be a view, my sexy arse" He laughed tossing his boxers back in teh bag for the moment, watching her. When he felt her arms go around his waist he smiled and slid his hands over her arms lightly before they rested on top of her hands. "I've missed you" After he said the words he couldn't help but smirk a little, he knew his tone showed exactly what he missed the most since he had seen her every day that week.

Sammi walked around so she was standing in front of him instead of behind. She rested her arms on his shoulders and grinned, "It's a nice way to wake up in the morning. Open my eyes, look around and then see your nice butt." She grinned, liking the idea a bit TOO much. She shook the idea out of her head for the time being and just looked up at Leo for now.
"I don't know why you would've missed me. I've been sitting beside youre bed every day." She was being sarcastic, knowing what he REALLY meant. She smirked, and laced her fingers around the back of his neck. She leaned up to kiss him on the lips, her body a bit too close to his especially when he was stark naked. If a nurse or somebody was to walk in right now... It'd be an odd scene.

Leo chuckled at her words and just arched a brow looking down at her before smiling. When she kissed him he leaned down a bit to met her halfway so that it made it easier on her. His arms went around Sammi's waist as he kissed her back, pulling her up against him not caring how it looked. His fingers moved under the edge of Sammi's shirt just resting on her skin for a moment as they kissed. He closed his eyes letting himself fall into the kiss, he had missed the feel of his girlfriend's lips, and the way her body fit against his snugly.

Sammi smiled into the kiss, feeling a bit ticklish when his hand touched her bare skin. The odd, yet familiar sensation came back as she ran her hands over the muscles on his back. Her eyes were closed when he leaned down to make it easier for her. She was still a bit on her tip-toes but not as much. Her hands roamed his upper back to his lower back until they found her way to his lower torso.

Feeling her fingers moving over his skin and tracing along his muscles leo shiered slightly enjoying her touch. As they kissed he started to push her top off and at the same time ran his tongue across her lips. When he got her shirt up to the middle of her back he stopped for a moment and unclasped her bra before breaking away from the kiss to pull her shirt off.

While he was 'licking' her lips, she took the time to get a breath. She felt her shirt going up and her bra unclasped. She pulled away just a bit to peel off her top, but once that was done her lips immediately found his again. Instead of having her hands across his back, she began unbuttoning and taking of her jeans. She was pushing off her jeans, and she had to shake her legs a bit to get her jeans off. As soon as that was done, her underwear remained while her hands roamed his chest and lower torso.
