Razi and Shawn's House
Roof
The roof of the house was flat with a high wall built around it so no one could see in. In each corner there was a nice potted plant and against one side was a barbeque a small cabinet that held the barbecue’s supplies. If one looked to the opposite side in the distance was a glimmer of the ocean. In the middle of the roof was a marble top table and 6 comfortable outdoor chairs. Against the wall opposite the barbeque was three or four lounge chairs set out to face the ocean. In the one corner without a potted plant there was the trap door that lead into the attic. Attic The attic was large and spacious, like the rest of the huge house, and kept very clean. When one comes in from the roof they step directly into Razi’s room. To their left is a door that leads off to Razi’s bathroom. Straight ahead is the door that leads to the rest of the house. The floors of the attic we’re hardwood floors and the walls were painted a sea blue-green color. There was a window on the wall across from the door. Out the window you could see the ocean past the other houses. <br> Razi’s Room Across from the door that lead to his bathroom was Razi’s four poster bed with curtains that could draw on all sides. The curtains were heavy velvet to make sure that they would stay closed when they were closed. They were attached to the pole at the top of the bed by silver hoops. The top of the bed was left open so one could stare at the ceiling if he, or she, felt like it. The sheets off the bed we’re a dark blue and the comforter was a nice silver color. The pillows were black like the curtains. There wasn’t any embroidery or design on his pillows, sheets, and comforter they were just solid colors. Under the bed was boxes of old things that would only be used once or twice a year. Next to the bed was a night stand on either side. They were level with the mattress and completely black with golf leaf trimming around the edges. The feet of the night stands were carved like eagle claws and there was three drawers in each. On top of the right one was an alarm clock and a small stack of books. On the other was a lighter and an incense holder with a stick of incense in it half burned. The drawers of the left one were filled with extra matches, lighters, incense and his cigarettes. The right one’s drawers we’re filled with notebooks full of writing, books, pencils, pens, and blank paper. The rug was large and round covering most of the floor. It was a Chinese oriental rug that was about an inch thick. Around the edges of the rug were silver and red tassels alternating in color. The background was black and the picture depicted a red dragon and a silver dragon flying around each other. Some people thought they we’re flying, some thought they we’re dancing, and some even thought, Razi didn’t understand how, that the two dragons were mating. He didn’t really care though he liked the rug. Next to the window there was a very nice wooden chest of drawers. The chest was painted black with silver leaf trim to match the rest of the room. The bottom half was drawers for his clothes and things while the top opened up and had room for a TV, DVD/VCR player, and his gaming systems. The TV was a 27 inch Phillips, it was silver and had the speakers built in on either side of the screen. The DVD/VCR player was a Panasonic, it was also silver though the screen where the time is and everything was black. His games could hook right in the front. Speaking of games, Razi had a Gamecube, PS2, and N 64. On the other side of the window was a mid sized table. It had Iron wrought legs and a glass top. It looked like it belonged more in a garden than in a room. It even had leaves etched into the glass around the perimeter of the top. Sitting on top of the glass was a Sharp 3-Disk Rotary Changer stereo system. It was black and the main screen that showed the track number was blue and the volume adjustment was silver. The on and off button and the X-Bass buttons were dark blue and all the other buttons were a light gray. The text on it was white showing up nicely on the black. The main body was separate from the rest of it, only the main body being on the table top. The two speakers were on top of the two CD towers on either side of the table. The towers were tall enough to hold 200 CD cases each and both were completely full. Actually in the small space left in the corner a stack of CD’s were piling up since Razi didn’t have enough room for them in the towers. Bathroom The bathroom was painted Ocean blue and had light blue tiles with a darker blue grout, yes Razi had the grout colored silly boy. The tiles covered the entire bathroom floor going up into the shower and around the spa tub. When one walked in immediately to their right was a five foot high dividing wall that shielded the toilet from view. Along the walls top were small potted plants and other random miscellaneous things that got set there. Straight across from the door was a window that looked out onto front yard. In the middle of the room was a round powder blue mat that was nice and soft. Under the window was a spa tub sunk into the floor, the window was high up enough that no one could see in when one was taking a bath. It was black marble with white veins and it was big enough to comfortably hold three people. The faucet was silver while the handles we’re white imported ivory. At the end of the handles was a small silver circle that was actually the screw that held them together. Etched in the hot water handle was an H and etched in the cold water handle was a C, both letters were etched in the screw. The jets were silver and their control pad was right behind the faucet. Of course it was water proof so one wouldn’t get shocked when using it. On the floor around the edges of the spa tub was a bar of Lever 2000 Soap and Razi’s shampoo and conditioner. There was also a container of bath bubbles and a small box of the bath balls with the aroma therapy scents in them. Right next to the bathtub , in the corner, was a cubicle shower. It was big enough to hold two people comfortably. The glass was tinted blue to match with the rest of the bathroom. In the middle of the shower was a silver drain and covering the floor, with a hole for the drain of course, was a blue mat with orange fishes on it. The mat was textured so one wouldn’t slip while showering. The shower head was silver also and was detachable so it was easier to move around. The handles we’re the silver and in the middle was etched a H for hot water, on the hot water handle, and a C for cold water, on the cold water handle. In the corner at about head height was a shelf that held shampoo and conditioner and body washes, things like that. On the wall across from the shower door was a soap holder, it was white and was holding a bar of Ivory soap. Hanging from the shower’s neck was a basket holding various different things, extra toothbrushes, washcloths, those kind of things. On the outside of the glass panel that opened so one could enter the shower was a silver bar to hang towels on, though no one ever did. The metal that held the shower together was silver and the screws were also silver. Across from the shower and against the back wall was the toilet. It was white with a silver flusher and a powder blue seat cover. Around the bottom was a powder blue mat and the screws holding the toilet to the floor were silver. On top of the back of the toilet was an extra roll of toilet paper and a small statue of a griffon rearing up on his hinds legs. On the toilet’s side of the dividing wall there was a silver toilet paper roll older. Attached to it was a roll of Charmin Ultra. On the other side of the toilet was a basket filled with magazines. Sports Illustrate, Electronic Gaming Monthly, those kind of magazines. Above the toilet was a framed movie poster for the Nightmare Before Christmas. Between the toilet and the shower was a pedestal sink. It was black marble with white veins and was polished smooth. The faucet and handles were silver as was the metal around the drain and the drain plug. On the right of the faucet was a small dip for soap and sitting in that sip was a partially used bar of Dove soap. On the other side was a holder containing Razi’s razor and, yes you guessed it, blue tooth brush. Above the sink was a mirror with two lights installed above it so one could use the mirror eve in the middle of the night. The mirror opened to a medicine cabinet sunk into the wall. Inside was tooth past, shaving cream, band aids everything one would need in a bathroom. Across from the sink, between the door and the spa tub, was a silver bar for holding towels. Draped over the bar were two large body towels that were Powder blue and extremely soft. Folded and hung neatly over those two were two powder blue hand towels with the cursive letters “R.Y”, for Razi Yoshi of course, embroidered on the bottom in blue thread. Hanging neatly over the hand towels was two powder blue wash cloths. The washcloths were rarely used, the hand towels being the main thing to dry ones hands with.<br> Second story Right out side Razi’s room’s door was the stairs leading down to the second story. The stairs came out at the end of the hall and all the way on the other side was the stairs that lead down to the first story. The floor was carpeted in a nice beige color the complimented the creamy ivory white of the walls. The doors were a deep brown that gave enough contrast for things to look good. In the middle of the hall way hanging from the ceiling was a nice light. The rounded cover was a misted white and when turned on it lit up the hallway nicely. The doorknobs we’re silver which looked nice with the rest of the hallway. At both ends of the hall there was a movie poster. By the stairs that led up to the attic the poster was a framed Lion King movie poster and on the other side it was a framed Pirates of the Caribbean poster. Study The door closet to the stairs that led to the attic led into a study. The walls were painted sea green and the carpet was the same color. On the middle of the wall across from the door was a window that looked out onto the ocean view. Of course since you were a story down you couldn’t see it as well but it was still very pretty. Hanging from the ceiling in the middle of the room was a nice ceiling fan. The blades were sea green and the light covers were tinted sea green. Right under the window pushed against the wall was a white desk. The legs were thick enough to hold three drawers on each side and it was big enough to hold the all-in-one printer, fax, scanner, copier, a router, and the lap top comfortably. In the drawers were printer paper, computer supplies, and software. Also on the desk was a cup filled with pens and pencils and also a ruler. Covering the top of the desk were sketches done in black sharpie by Razi. Against the wall to the right of the desk was a book shelf with a reclining lounge chair next to it. The book case was dark wood and held a myriad of books on all different subjects. Most were worn from Razi reading them multiple times but there were some new ones also. The chair was upholstered with nice sea green fabric that was comfortable to sit on for long periods of time. Above the chair was a Felix the cat clock that some people found annoying but Razi loved. Bathroom The bathroom down stairs was smaller than Razi’s personal bathroom. It was between the exit to the balcony and the extra empty guest room. It stood alone not being attached to any room. The floor was covered in red tiles and the walls were painted black. This was one of the more dramatically painted rooms in the house. Hanging from the middle of the ceiling was a hanging lamp the red covering curing around the light bulb. When turned on the light lit up the room nicely enough. The chain holding the lamp to the ceiling was silver. The sink was immediately to ones right when they walked in. It was a white pedestal sink with silver faucets and ivory handles. On one side of the faucet was a bottle of liquid soap and on the other side was a bar of Dove soap laying in the dip of the sink that was made for it. Above the sink was a mirror with a row of round lights above the mirror that lit up the mirror so it could be used at anytime. The mirror opened up to a sunk in medicine cabinet, not unlike Razi’s, and inside was the basic supplies for a bathroom. On the left of the bathroom door was the toilet. It was white with a silver flusher. The seat cover was black as was the mat around the toilet’s base. Balcony The door between the bathroom and the study was the door that lead outside to the balcony. The balcony was large and spanned the whole side of the house. All room on that side of the house had doors that exited onto the balcony. On the ground there was white pillars that held up the balcony. Up the pillars green ivy was creeping up and covering the whiteness with a nice green color. Along the edge of the balcony was a black wrought iron fence to keep people, pets and other things from falling down to the ground. They were small spaces between the bars of the fence but not enough to let anything through. Against the wall were nice chairs to sit in and look over the ocean. In between the two chairs was a small table that looked exactly like the one in Razi’s room only it was smaller. On the table top was three coasters and in the middle of the table was a clear glass vase with a flower in it, it changed as the old one died, Razi hid a deep secret from others, a love of flowers and plants. Which is why he had so many potted plants. Though this was the only flower, he didn’t want to have to many. Yes he was bi sexual but it didn’t mean he was completely feminine. In the far corner of the balcony on the right side was a hot tub. It fit five people easily and was blue with white veins. The jets we’re silver and the control panel was water proof and set into the wood around the hot tub. The only part of the hot tub able to be seen was the top and the inside. Floating in the water was a yellow rubber duck that was wearing sunglasses. Under the duck was a plastic cylinder that let chlorine in the hot tub. On the two sides that weren’t against the wall and fence were a set of stairs against the base of the hot tub. From each corner of the wooden base a wooden pole came up and was attached to the pointed roof. In the middle of the roof right at the tip was a square clear window so one could stare at the sky while they soaked if they wanted. Rosaline’s Room In the corner of her bedroom, there is a canopy bed like Razi's, but hers has a fully closed in top, and instead of velvet, it is draped in several layers of crinkled blue-violet lace and satin. The sheets are black egyptian cotton, and her comforter is also black, but it is a down comforter. She has about 13 pillow on her bed, and all are back except for one or two violet ones. On the right side of her bed is a small, plain cherrywood night stand, which holds her journal, drawings, art supplies, etc. On the left side of her bed, she has a cherrywood coat hanger, where she hangs her fabulous cloak. Her floors are covered in a soft, off- white carpet, just for a contrast in the room. At the foot of her bed, there is a huge, magenta bean bag chair, which is what she likes to sit in when she watches her 24" television, which sits on a low glass-topped table, so she can see it from her bean bag chair. On either side of the television are speakers with surround sound, and the speakers can also be attatched to her stereo, which is old, but useful, as it can play cassette tapes, CDs, and on the top you can play vinyl records. In the center of the wall, next to the television and stereo, is a huge bay window, with a window seat built in. It has royal blues pillows on it and great view of the ocean, and she likes to sit there an write in her journal and on her laptop, which is blue and silver, and she keeps it on the window seat, so she can access it easily. Her walls are covered in posters for all her favorite anime shows and her favorite manga. She had a poster of Miroku from Inuyasha, of the cast of Witch Hunter Robin, of Yomiko Readman from R.O.D., of Luka and Luel from Under the Glass Moon, of Dark and Daisuke from DNAngel, and one of the cast of Hellsing. The closet is big, seeing as how it has to hold all her clothes, because she doesn't have a chest of drawers. The door leading into it is stark white, as is the inside, and it is very clean.<br> Rosaline’s Bathroom The bathroom has black tile floors and white walls. It has a white braided carpet outside both the bathtub and the shower. The bathtub is white marble and is large for one person, but might be a tight fit for two. The shower is very high, since she hates low shower heads, and she has her loofah and rasberry shower gel. The handles for both the shower and bath are crystal with silver, as are the one to the sink.
